On Feb. 14, The Children's Inn at the NIH welcomed First Lady Melania Trump to visit campus and celebrate Valentine's Day with pediatric patients.

While decorating cookies and Valentine's Day cards, Trump asked the children where they're from, how old they are, how they're feeling and what they liked to do best while at the Inn.

The Inn is a non-profit organization that provide residence for families and their children who are participating in pediatric research at the NIH Clinical Center. The Inn streamed the visit live on their Facebook account allowing others to share in the event no matter their location. One person commented on the video post, "The Children's Inn at NIH is a wonderful place— so glad Mrs. Trump visited the kids!" Another, wrote "Hello to Everyone at Children's Inn. Watching you guys from Ecuador. What a pleasure and an honor to have The First Lady visiting!!"

The two videos were viewed collectively by more than 3,400 people. A few brief glitches caused the social media feed to freeze. But fitting for the occasion, one person commented jokingly, "All the love overwhelmed the feed."
